Our owners and managers take a genuine interest in their staff, and make everyone feel valued and important, regardless of their position within the dealership. My job in the sales department allows me opportunities to grow within the company, and to stay up to date with sales techniques and processes, technology, internet advertising/marketing and social media skills, and allows me a lot of social interaction with clients and my colleagues. Not being stuck behind a screen in a boring cubicle is a great thing!
